• Coaches know when paperwork is due to Area J (Done two weeks prior to due date to Without Limits)
• Make sure coaches are maximizing their practice times (Must have 8 practices prior to initial competition)
• Make sure athletes are put in the right area; skills or teams (remember focus is for the athlete to grow in the sport)
• Make sure coaches are communicating regular with their athletes; at least one communication a week. Communicate where to find out practice schedules and such
