🥎  Without Limits - Team Galaxy Night at the Ballpark -- Wednesday, July 30th 6:45pm
UPDATE!!
We have about 20 tickets available for anyone who would like to attend. Please email [email protected] with the number of tickets you need and the email associated with your Ballpark App! First come first serve!

The St. Louis Cardinals have donated 100 FREE tickets for a Without Limits - Team Galaxy Night at the Ballpark. These tickets are available for members of our organization and their families. Please respond with the number of tickets you will need. Tickets are available to the first 100 who respond. Tickets will be distributed two weeks before the event electronically through the Ballpark App. You will need the phone app in order to receive your tickets and to enter the ballpark. The email you use to set up your account in the Ballpark App is the email we will use to send you your free tickets. If you reserve tickets and you realize you will not be able to go, please let us know so that someone else will have the opportunity to use the tickets.

🎯 Family Fun Night - Country Western Themed Dance 

• Date:  Friday, August 8, 2025 -- 6:00 - 9:00pm
• Place:  Moose Lodge 1221 at 2425 N. Illinois Street, Swansea, IL
• Meal will be Pulled Pork, Chips and Cole Slaw
• We ask that each attendee bring either a dessert or school supplies to donate to the Moose Lodge.
  • Need volunteers to bring desserts for this event.
  • The Moose is also looking for donations of school supplies for local elementary school students.
    School supplies they are looking for: #2 pencils, pink erasers, wide-ruled notebooks, Crayola markers and colored pencils, glue sticks, etc.
• Meal is only for Special Olympic eligible attendees. Parents and guardians will not be served a meal.
• Must be Registered to Attend - Sign Up Here - (REGISTRATION CLOSES ON THURSDAY, August 7th)
• Free to Without Limits 2025 Paid Members -- $5.00 for Non-Members

• Finance Committee approved the purchase of new footballs for flag football, new volleyballs for Skills, and new chest protector and batting tee for softball.
• Finance Committee elected to move to a bi-monthly meetings vs. quarterly to allow for great efficiency.
• Our next meeting has been scheduled for Thursday Sept 4th from 6:30-8:30.

Theater News
🎭  Seussical Thank You!!!
What a show! So incredibly proud of this cast! This play was so much fun to put on, I hope you all had a great time and most of all are so proud of yourselves for getting up there and doing amazing!
Thank you to all the parents and guardians for your support. We so appreciate you sharing your actors with us. We are blessed to be working with such great people.
Remember "a person's a person, no matter how small".
Can't wait to do this again next year!

Walk For Our Playground - July 26th @ 9AM
We're sure you've heard about the all inclusive playground coming soon in Mascoutah IL.
Join us to help raise funds for our playground!
The walk will be self-paced, open to All Ages and All Abilities.
Hosting the walk at the Mascoutah Middle School Track will allow kids and families to be safe and active together.
