Fishing Derby
Without Limits-Team Galaxy will be holding its first ever “Fishing Derby” on 10 August 2024. We will be conducting in Mascoutah from 10 to 2. Awards for most fish caught, biggest fish, smallest fish and many more. The Illinois Fish and Game will also hold some classes. It will be a partner or unified event. Most also meet all Illinois Fishing requirements.

Mascoutah Homecoming Parade
Without Limits-Team Galaxy will be taking part in the Mascoutah Homecoming parade on 3 August. The theme is “Sport: What is your favorite pastime.” We will be taking a list of interested coaches, athletes and volunteers who would like to walk in the parade. Leu Civic Center - FLOOD
If you have not heard the Leu Civic Center flooded last week. They got up to eight inches of water in some areas. They had to tear up the gym floor. They had a lot of damage to some areas. I am trying to put a work crew together to assist them. If interested, please email [email protected] This can be a way to show our support and partnership with them. They are also currently doing a school drive. If you want to donate, please contact Jenna Smith at 618-566-2175.

NEEDED - Volunteers for Candy Days in New Baden
We are needing volunteers to work in New Baden for September 6th to collect in New Baden's 4-way stop.  Shifts for change collecting are here to sign up.  Thank you!  Additional volunteers will be needed as well for a Trenton collection (coming soon).

Flag Football
The next practice will be on 23 July. Practices will be on Tuesdays at Laderman or Mascoutah at 6:00.

• Saturday, September 7 – Area Flag Football Tournament at Holt High School (tentative)(St. Louis)
• Regionals will be in Mascoutah on 29 September
• State will be in November 2, 2024

Softball

• Good luck at Regionals!!!
• Practices will be at Mascoutah High School on Mondays.
• Regionals will be on 27 July in Springfield. State will be in September.7-8

Golf

• Golf will be held on following Thursdays 25 July at the Orchards Golf Course at 6:00.
  Regionals are on 2 August and State on 7-8 September.

Volleyball

• NOTICE -- Volleyball will be moved to a new locations due to the flooding. 
  ​Coaches will notify all once a new location is finalized and any updates. 

Tennis

• The camp for Friday is cancelled
• Practice will be on Saturday at 9AM at Mascoutah High School
• State Tennis is August 17, 2024, at the same location as the Region G Qualifier
