Without Limits – Team Galaxy Selected for Special Olympics Digital Pilot
We’re excited to announce that Without Limits – Team Galaxy has been selected to participate in the Special Olympics Illinois Digital Center of Excellence (COE) Program!
Our agency will begin using this new online platform to streamline athlete registration, Health History updates, required forms, and roster management.
What This Means for You

What This Means for You
📝 1. Create Your Parent/Guardian Account
All parents and guardians will need to create a personal account in the new digital portal:
👉 Visit the Portal
- Step 1: Register using your parent/guardian information
- Step 2: Choose Region J
- Step 3: Click the “+” symbol and select Without Limits – Team Galaxy
- Step 4: Add your athlete(s) and complete their Athlete Checklist, which includes:
- ✅ Health History Form (No doctor’s signature required)
- ✅ Athlete Acknowledgment Form
🏥 2. New Health History Policy
As part of the pilot program:
- Medical Forms are no longer required or accepted
- The new Health History Form, signed by a parent or guardian, will replace the traditional doctor-signed form for Regional and State Events
- This change simplifies the process while maintaining safety and compliance
📂 3. More Control for Families & Coaches
This platform empowers families and staff by allowing:
- Real-time updates to athlete information
- Direct completion of forms
- Greater transparency and access to athlete records
