✅ Eligibility Requirements for Special Olympics Sports

Join Without Limits – Team Galaxy Sports Programs
Before participating in any Without Limits – Team Galaxy (WLTG) Special Olympics sports practices or events, the following three steps must be completed:

1. 📝 Become a Registered Member
All athletes must have an active Without Limits – Team Galaxy membership.

• Annual membership fee: $50
• You can pay online through our website or bring a check to your first practice

2. 🌐 Register in the Special Olympics Digital Center of Excellence (COE)
Athletes must be registered in the Special Olympics COE Portal prior to participation.
This platform is used for:

• Athlete registration
• Form submission
• Roster and medical updates

3. 🛡️ Submit a Signed Waiver & Release
A current Waiver and Release of Liability form must be on file with Without Limits – Team Galaxy before attending your first practice.
